Jeremy Moss previously head brewer at the Wychwood Brewery is the Cliff Quay Head Brewer: “In twelve years Wychwood has risen from one of the original microbreweries to being a resourceful proud and proficient national brewer. I have put a huge amount of my life into Wychwood, but it is now the time to chase my own dream, the opportunity has to be grasped to revive brewing at the Historic site in Ipswich! As an Ipswich lad this is a once in a lifetime chance and I had to take it, the challenge will be a huge, but I’m up for it, and I know that the Wychwood site and brands will continue to grow in the future.” Jeremy Moss |
